For the tank upgrades, we need to be able to upgrade mgs to be better in SPAA or tank mgs in general since they overheat too fast and takes long time to cool down. So I suggest increasing overheating limit by 10-20% and make it faster to cooldown by 5-10% as a worthy upgrade for 4 star upgrade.

yeah why not, the tank mgs and the m13 mgmc pretty much sucks thanks to constant overheat

Each star should decrease overheating and also make it cool down faster. Rider’s American MGs can shoot entire 250magazine same with M2 Stinger with zero overheating. While German Rider’s MG only holds mediocre 50 rounds it should receive a buff too.
