Add the hardcore (squads) mode from customs to official matchmaking. Some people really enjoy a slower, more realistic paced game.
In this mode, HUD is limited, you dont have indicators like tank penetration, or lead marker on plane. Friendly fire is also ON so this would be extra hardcore.
You can do it in costum match
Yes and play alone, because no one is willing to wait for a game.
Most matches are also mixed with different maps (not campaign) and mixed teams.
I understand you like your own mode, but a hardcore mode is what a lot of people want

for this they would have to fix the damage and penetration mechanics for vehicles first.
Imo this idea should be extended. Make 2 main gamemodes like in WT: arcade and sim.
1st one is what we have now. 2nd one is more hardcore, realistic one (maybe also more historical but it’s not necesarry).
They implemented lone fighters so why not make a gamemode that is closer to the description of the game than the current game.
I like the lone fighter mode very much. After i discovered it i played only this mode until they removed it from match making. Would be nice to see something more challenging again.
Now i always let my squad somewhere behind and move around alone. 
I dont like to join custom games because most of them are too mixed up, too many campaigns, maps etc. But setting up a custom match in e.g. Berlin only would take a hell of a time until the lobby is full. 
You know this is bad for the mathc outcome
This would be so awesome to have such a game mode. The only problem I see is a low online. Such mode will be probably less popular than the original one. But anyway, devs should try it out. I personally will play 100% of time in this mode.
Ok, not always, just sometimes. It depends on the situation.
It do it when my right big toe tingles - it is a bad omen - because this usually menas that they get loved up by a tank or grenade all at once…
I want them to polish the game first.
Current game factors are not fit to realistic mode…(such as kill cam, tracer bullet, unrealistic motions, too fast aiming time, superzoom, etc.)
good luck findingn the players customs are dead ever since some shitters abused em to get 2k kills per game and darkflow took the easy way out.
i am split on the tracer bullets cause on one hand traces should be only for anti air for multiple reasons and on other i am afraid it it only benift the top crop which the state of balance rn it could be a reciepe for further disaster
