Personally, I was ecstatic when I’d played a full round of custom matches with 20 bots. It felt like a more controlled, but still chaotic environment and a nice breath of fresh air from the base games rough matchmaking and map rotations. Many of us anticipated custom matches with the hopes of having something of a botzone mode. I don’t care what’s done with XP from custom matches, just give me full sized warzones again and I’ll be happy.
Also a private match feature should be implemented so you can host fun lobbies with your friends and not have randoms come in and ruin the experience.
If you wanna prevent people from farming matches, keep working on the shitty AI and patch the map exploits. Don’t throw your honest players under the bus.
It would be pretty nice to have, I haven’t had any randoms join in but still would be good to have the option of going private. The bot limit does seem small, I don’t see why it would hurt to go higher.
Might as well increase it beyond 20 bots in squads and beyond 50 in lone fighters in addition to opening up for map changes (set new points, increase boundaries), I for one would like to use the whole map in Moscow for example.
they kinda fix it, yes. but not 100% fix. Pretty sure player still can, you just need 2 other people. and those 2 other people didn’t even need to be in the match till the end. they can leave 1-2 minutes after the match started and the player will still get 100% XP (not 20%).
but hey, they said this is temporally and can be changed.
i do agree, we at least need the 20 bots back. but until the problem 100% fix, all we can do is wait. I just hope they don’t stop at the current number of bots. idgaf about the xp
Kinda mind-blowing honestly that they haven’t added the full amount back in yet. I thought that they would’ve done that sooner lol. Doesn’t seem like there’s much reason to keep the mode so watered down still
