Here are a few squads i put together in place of 3 rifleman… don’t mind the extra ammunition and more controlled fire as i’ve always said im were their downside… much more comfortable shooting down squads but haven’t encountered proper competition with them yet.
Overall i’m quite pleased with this experiment as something those who complain about them don’t know… it’s INCREDIBLY boring running these squads… it’s 3 of them with all the same weapon… cool it’s definitely the best weapon for BRV but you pay the price by taking half the fun of the game which is the customizable squads out of the picture.
G43 Kurz as expected will be a valued asset by those who realized its power and usefulness… now it’s definitely a weapon you use for more control over longer ranges… and it basically makes normal infantry soldier into assaults minus the very powerful Assaulter IV starter reload perk… could have chosen to run it on the assault squad however find it gives more flexibility to the mg instead of being a more defensive squad (i won’t use it like that anyway)
Have to make a mention and glaze the MG 13 75 rd though… its perfect when you just want a compact powerful squad… i used these in my lineup with rifleman but only chose to use them when i wanted more firepower… and its the same here you are sacrificing the higher rof of BRV mgs for a quick reload and steady fire rate one
And am eager to try out the new recoil with consoles already present recoil reduction… and since learning a trick from a certain extremely toxic clan using alt aim eliminates half of your recoil anyway!
Standard STG squads with the engi having the kurz… am anticipating the dispersion buff on these weapons though as the federov became a monster with its.
Didn’t like using mg squads as it was only 3 with the dedicated weapon but they are definitely worth it yet i make up for it with the g43 kurz… once again turning a normal rifleman into an assaulter with the weapon.
And then of course the mg 13 drum… not the best weapon for fast paced which is what brv is mostly but can be useful when you want to give suppressing fire or quick reload MG.
