Guys, I have just realized that if I click Y then Q on my keyboard I can change the active orders for my AI`s. The question I need to ask is, do I have to do that every time I spawn with a new squad, or does that order remain locked throughout the game? Also the same for passive or aggressive mode? Any help on this matter would be much appreciated 
it remains locked, as far I’ve noticed not just for single game but as long as you set it differently
