Will the squads/Weapons from the event be able to get unlocked through the regular tech tree later on?
The description for those events is rather ambiguous

No you can’t, they are exclusive to those squads, just like most premium weapons.
Devs have hinted that some of the event stuff like the Chi Ha Kai, Moscow SPAA and M2 Mortars might become normal TT items in the future, but we don’t know for certain, and the odds of anything other than probably those 4 becoming proper parts of any TT is slim, with the odds for those 4 being up in the air.
Yeah that’s what i have heard as well, would be nice to have some official clarification
