The first part was messed up by the server attack. Do we still able to get the reward? I really like that pistol.

Most people received theirs a couple days afterwards, you should open a ticket if you never did.

So, how many we can get? I fnished 2 missions on part 1, then the activity was canceled beacuse the attack. Then, I should get 2 tickets or all 5?

The activity was reopened with a 15 minute timer for the unlock. I thought your complaint was about not receiving the tickets in-game, which took a while. You still had to complete it on Twitch.
