If you haven’t received your Battle Pass prize before the new Battle Pass comes out, please let me know by email registered to your Gijin account. Otherwise, it will prevent users like me who can’t log in every day from noticing that they missed out on their prizes after the new season due to a bug or something. This management never compensates users when they can’t receive their prizes due to their own bugs, and instead they don’t even admit their mistake, they shift the blame onto the users and run away, and in the end they say “have a nice day” to users, which could be seen as a provocation, so I think it’s worth it.
