Hello everyone.
I’m a bit confused about the radio operator research tree. One of the last perks that one can achieve with the personal tree is expanded capabilities, wich i thought - and worked before for me - would let me to call anything with less waiting time.
Am I doing something rong or this upgrade is not working like before?
