i just got a br4? i think? that have br2 gear for some reason so yea i kinda agree on that
yeah i was br3 and i fought with STGs, AVTs, MKBs all over, while i had just G41s and MG34s it was absolute disaster.
tier3 should fight only with other tier3,
i guess it will be the most populated battle rating anyway so there will be players to fill that and if not i’d rather definitely shooting bots.

They should fight only with BR2-3-4 anything less or more will mean bad games for the other team (they have inferior gear to yours especially tanks) or yourself (88mm and 76mm cannons everywhere)
Please note this extremely important part:
The system allows us to flexibly change the number of queues at any given time, so perhaps in the future the number of queues will increase and each queue will include fewer battle ratings. This could happen if we see that wait times and number of players per battle allow this to be done without causing issues.

this was after all just a test server, not enough players to fill up a single queue i bet, i’m hoping this will be looking way batter with official release.
me too but ngl as long as there isnt something like 2v10 it is actually quite relaxing in my experience but like you said gotta wait to see how it will be on launch

Br 3 should be +/-1. Like all other br.
Being able to stomp tier 1 ( -2 ) or get stomped by tier 5 ( +2 ) is insanity.
Also, it means that for tier 3, THERE’S NO BR MM AT ALL since they can face everyone.
We won’t know if T3 will be bad or not until the merge actually happens. I think the current setup is a good thing, because that will make T3 the most diverse. Most of the mid tier weapons are competitive again early and end game weapons anyway,
The real problems stem from early weapons going against end game weapons in the current system. People have problems with stuff like the M2 Carbine, FG42, AS44, etc. Nobody complains about the MP40 or the Lanchester.
The issue is people quitting to get into lower tier matches. Which I think can be pretty easily solved by simply locking each faction until the game ends after you quit. It’s already a very common mechanic in other games.
Bottom line is, people suck, and they will find a way to abuse the system no matter what. Nobody seemed to notice that a veteran can still bring grenade pouches and run all assaulters/paras, even in T1/T2. Whatever happens to T3’s status won’t effect that, so I don’t think we should sacrifice gear diversity when it won’t fix the underlying problem.
