I just a training with a RAF squad, and I noticed that it got a bit like losing capacities when I do brutal movment…any explanation?

G-Force,i think you can reduce it by upgrading your soldier with some perks but i am not sure.I may just be spreading misinformation right now
When you do a sharp turn, dive, or pull out of one, the gravity force (g-force) generated causes you (the pilot) to loose or gain blood in their head causing what is know as blacking out (caused by pulling up sharply or making a sharp turn, as the blood rushes towards the occupants feet) and reding out (I think this is what it is called. It is caused when the aircraft makes a sharp dive, causing the blood to rush to the head.)
