As we all know, the soldiers in enlisted have randomly floating parameters, and everyone may have their carefully selected soldiers, and when switching squads, “imperfect” soldiers must be found to fill the old squad. Not to mention that after the update all soldiers will be level V, which will make finding specific soldiers very annoying.
Therefore, I propose that unused squads do not need to be “stationed” by soldiers, but only need to be made unusable for teams that do not meet the minimum number of people.

Even after the merge, you’ll have plenty of unused soldiers in your squad. You won’t be able to take them into battle at once. So technically you’ll have plenty of soldiers that’ll lay in the reserve inside squads.
I don’t see any emergency here. Or maybe I’ve understood something wrong?
After the update, if you want to replace your squad, In addition to taking out the soldiers in use,you have to find out the imperfect “filler” soldiers among the piles of five-star riflemen and put them in (previously we had one-star riflemen Soldiers are used for filling purposes)
