Did the reload rate (speed) for AA guns change?
I don’t think so.
Soviet AA has different reload speed depending on whether you have a live bot taking the loader’s place. Same as the AT guns.
This could get you confused.
It was a 20mm Polstine, It’s reload time seamed so short that it was almost firing continuously, So I couldn’t help but wonder if maybe something had changed.
