Then why did he vote no? Did he misunderstand the post?

Oh, I thought he meant everyone

Machine gun fire. While not very effective, it can kill infantry easily

Make it so if a player stay on an static APC for too long they get kicked bam ur solution

Otherwise most APCs use case it usually ramming into a fucking wall where you can’t even use the armament

So then u do agree with the poll, but just misunderstanding/or wanting a so called different way of implementing this feature?(even though rn u asking exactly what i am saying)

Pseudo, yes.

I’m voting no, helpers will look into why some people are voting no, and see the reasoning.

I am still against automatic kicking that I as the APC owner don’t have any control over, which is enough to vote no, IMO.

I vote no, because I don’t think it’s needed

The timer can be applied when the owner is not in control of the vehicle. So when the owner comes back to drive it off, allies won’t be kicked off it for spawning while the apc is in motion.

I normally only use my APC as transportation, however, there are times and some maps where you can sit in a spot and get tons of kills on a cap point with your machine guns, or your howitzer, like my BR3 German APC. So, they can be just as effective in certain circumstances as a tank. I voted no. I have more kills using my APC’s in limited use then I have using tanks, but to be honest, I rarely use them for anything other then transportation and a spawn point.

Well, if the owner of the APC stays in the APC, people, as far as I know, can still spawn, so that’s not the issue. But players that camp in other people’s APCs prevent that, which I have an issue with. So my idea is to let people tick an option in the settings that kicks people out if the APC is not mobile, but the owner can stay as long as they like. So those guys that play with others can untoggle the option just like with multi-people tanks.

Yes, I agree with this as others should not be able to camp in someone else’s APC.

if a APC is in a position where a mg gunner is fesable then it should not be discouraged. however the APC should still be able to be spawned on.

I paid for the mg, not for you to sit on it and block the spawn.

Yessss

Maybe let the peple sit in there but let other peoples spawn on the outside from the APC around

I am for this but I believe the owner should be able to spawn if it’s occupied or not . The owner or builder should ALWAYS have priority to spawn points so players learn to make thier own. It should only have a timer if it is not the players spawn point.

that was not my idea my idea was that people should be able to still spawn on the APC

There is a bug on APCs where it says it’s occupied but no one is in it. I’ve caught red handed several times now since their inception, this needs to be fixed. I also think sometimes bot teams get stuck in the APC (no proof, but strong suspicio), I’ve seen bot teams just standing at spawn points not moving many, many times (both rallies and natural spawn points). They spawn in and literally won’t move at all, they won’t push the objective, they just sit in the back doing nothing. This also needs to be fixed.

I voted “no” though because some APCs act like a machine gun nest/AT cannon. If the APC is set in a good place and it’s guns can be/are being used effectively against the enemy team then i would not like the game to force you out. I do believe that if the problems i first mentioned got addressed, it would almost entirely fix the issue at hand. I would also be in favor if a player could stay in the APC using the guns while still allowing people to spawn on it. That would be the best scenario here. Forcing people out can be detrimental. Your bots are much better shooters and quite aggressive while sitting inside as well. You have a much better chance killing a rusher by staying in and saving the APC this way. Otherwise you get kicked out and get team wiped

Forwarded, thanks
