I think we can all agree that among the tanks in Moscow, there are a few questionable choices. So I’ve decided to make a few suggestions to hopefully make more tanks useful and both sides more balanced, while adding a few interesting vehicles.
- Replace the Panzer 3J with the 3J1. As it currently stands, the 3J is possibly the most useless tank in the game. It’s worse in every way than the 4E. it’s turret traverse is horrible, armor doesn’t protect against anything but the T60, and the gun doesn’t pen anything the 4E doesn’t while having worse post pen and HE. The 3J1 would solve some of these problems and make it overall a better competitor to the T50.
- Give some of the infantry support tanks better AT capabillities. The ones I’m talking about here are mostly the T28 and Pz4F1. The T28 should get half of it’s shrapnel shells turned into APHE and the Pz4F1 half of it’s AP into HEAT. Pz4E could also get a limited amount of HEAT (maybe like 10 shells).
- I would suggest for a new vehicle be added and an old one removed. First, i’d like to remove the panzer 3B cause it’s useless. Then move the 3E down to the empty space created by that and in the old place of the 3E put in the Stug 3A. It would have 20HE shells, 12AP shells and 12 HEAT shells. (Panzer 3B would still be availible to people who had it before it was removed.)
- Finally I would like to introduce (preferrably not too high up in the tech tree, but if it has to be a top tier addition, then so be it) AAA vehicles! For the soviets, I would put in the GAZ-MM (72K) and for the germans, the Sdkfz. 6/2. Both would have their basic warthunder mixed AP and HE belts.
(Ps: The HEAT for the germans would be the 80mm pen HEAT)

Keofox : we’re happy to announce that we’ve added the T-34 to the Moscow campaign! While we also listened to the community about some worrisome discrepancies and because of that, we’ve removed the ability to use tanks on the axis team, because historically all tanks of the axis army
who participated in operation Barbarossa were inoperable because of the extreme cold freezing the tanks.

There is no replacement. Very rare. I don’t even know when he was last ( Panther F maybe ). It is more convenient to find a solution to a problem you have outlined at the +1 level. We have reached a level of expectations and there is even a solution. At least in theory, because of other problems, the practice doesn’t work that way. In my opinion, linear progression should be left out. And the tech-tree system suggested by quadro (and of course others) is also needed, also used in war thunder. This would have a number of benefits, such as focusing. You don’t need 2 million XP and 10 weapons and 3 airplane that don’t interest you to collect to finally have something I can do to fight the damn T-50. Or if the developers are just figuring it out, something interesting but not at all useful or a meta weapon (see kar98withGGP) is also easy to insert and not just in the way. Even if it’s not, but an MM that watches who puts it into battle it should definitely. It doesn’t matter what you exchange for progress if there is no one on the team. It will help you. More than 100 players will watch their team be raped now with T-28 and later KV-1. Just because the MM chose all 10 German players to be low level. Or vice versa.
I would like to say that half of those aren’t historically feasible and can’t be added, but unfortunately with the way things are going, I don’t think the devs will care.
