Hello, I have been playing enlisted for quite a while now and i really like the game, however, there are a few major sticking points that get in the way of my enjoyment
Soldier and equipment management in this game is objectively bad, and im not saying this as an exageration, the UI for these aspects goes agaisnt every principle of UI design, and that is made even more evident when the perfect UI for it already exists, in another screen.
The fix I suggest is simple, use the Academy UI to also allow you to dismiss equip and improve soldiers, and add a new tab to it in which you can access all your spare equipment for disassembly and upgrading, you can even have a filter option for only showing weapons equipable by certain classes
