When a grey zone camping tank that’s actually killing enemy infantry on the objective and destroying enemy tanks but the infantry are useless due to they just camp and snipe for kills.

Yes but there are rare instances where teammates are useless and they don’t know how to drive a tank and they’re just sitting in the back of the map instead of pushing forward so it’s better to kill those types of people.

Any tips on how to effectively destroy tanks with my M1 Bazooka?

I try to kill those grey zone campers in tanks and I always have a shot. However, my m1 never knocks out the tank, the tank just tanks the rockets

M1 Bazooka is kinda bad honestly. It has only 60mm of pen.

The only tank that you can reliable kill with it is the puma in normandy.

It will do the job against most vehicle if you aim for their sides. But keep in mind that it cannot do anything to Tiger.

You have to flank the opponent tanks but yeah this can be really difficult if they are in the greyzone. I would suggest you to use PIAT instead, it is quite difficult to aim but has 20mm of extra pen.

The best US AT weapon is the m9 with around 100mm of pen and rather flat trajectory. However, given the german’s armor you will still have to aim for the sides most of the time.

Bad idea. Tanks are more effective in the grey-zone than close to the objective.

I have no problem with tanks sitting in the Gray zone but my only problem is when they’re sitting there doing nothing and we’re losing

If someone occupies tank slot and do nothing, someone can always push him into a grey-zone.
Tank will explode and other player will take a tank.

It REALLY depends. The thing is, what some might think of as “camping the greyzone” might actually be helping the team a LOT more that they realize!

The obvious one that everyone is naturally going to talk about is usage of tanks from the greyzone. I’ve said my piece on this many times, I do think there needs to be an adjustment for that.

There are other things that I don’t think you have thought about:

  • mortar squads
  • snipers that are eliminating every major threat that comes out of the enemy side
  • players that are spending the majority of their time putting down accurate marks for their team to utilize
  • field guns/ (H)MG nests/ AA guns
  • Engineers attempting to set up the next objective before the enemy starts to push it.
  • Players setting minefields and other traps in advance for defense.

These and others can all be crucial to victory, so allowing short-sighted teammates to kill them off is absolutely stupid.

Not always true! It depends on the type of tank. Some are designed to sit at a distance like that, while others (especially like the Jumbo and Tiger 2) are meant to push forward and assist infantry.

I’m not sure if you’re talking to me but I’m talking about some teammates who are doing nothing except just being there or someone who got the tank stuck and they won’t abandon it but they’ll sit there futilely trying to get out of the hole.
