A lengthy discussion on tank balance suggestions covering Germany, Japan and the Allied forces, starting from the ISU series. Thanks

Don’t use the ISU 152 classification issue to bring up the T-44 and IS-3, because neither of them saw combat. They only entered service after the end of World War II in Western Europe, so there’s no reason for them to appear on the battlefield. This isn’t World of Tanks; you need to go back and brush up on your 1945 World War II history.

Ignorant underage Chinese brat, you won the debate over Soviet privileged vehicle matchmaking, but you’ll also be closing the only door to the future of enlisted players. You’re going further and further down the path of disrupting game balance and Soviet player privileges, just like the Soviet Union back then—hopeless until your demise. I hope I don’t see you in Hell Let Loose; that’s not where the Soviet privileged class reigns supreme.

I wouldn’t exactly call that a win. It’s more that the push from Russian forums to lower its BR to 3 fell through. Besides me, another user here also posted suggesting BR 4, so this is basically just a compromise solution.

I’ve been thinking: the SU-152 and ISU-152 use the exact same main gun. The only real difference is whether it has an extra machine gun. How does adding just one machine gun justify bumping it to BR 4? What’s more, it’s still outright inferior to the KV-2 in overall performance.

Excuse the intrusion, but it’s actually a heavy machine gun, if I’m not mistaken, which means it can destroy sandbag walls and pierce wooden buildings with ease. The thing is, there will never be more than one or two tanks per team, so I suppose the issue isn’t Tank vs. Tank, but rather that it’s very powerful for crushing infantry. Perhaps that’s it the issue

The HE shell can kill King Tigers, the performance of the APHE doesn’t actually matter all that much

Really? So your expectations for a Tier 3 weapon were dashed? Because many Chinese players on the Bilibili forum requested that the ISU-152 be added to Tier 3, so it was your request that it be included. Not Russian players; those who don’t even understand history can’t distinguish between Tier 3 and Tier 4. Tier 3 represents 1943, the turning point of the Battle of Stalingrad; Tier 4 represents 1944 and 1945. Do you know what it means to put heavy equipment from 1944 in early 1943? Or are you just catering to the preferences of underage War Thunder players?

Selfish bastard! Are the KV-2 during the Winter War in 1939, the SU-152 during the Battle of Kursk in 1943, and the ISU-152 during the Battle of Berlin in 1945 the same thing? Answer me! You Chinese WWII history idiot!

Don’t try to reason with him. He’s just a War Thunder player, and a Chinese kid at that. He knows absolutely nothing about the history of World War II equipment and service. A Chinese kid who doesn’t even understand the development timeline and service status of Soviet tanks is actually offering suggestions on Enlisted. It’s laughable.

Yep, that’s a pretty accurate recreation. But it comes at the cost of an extremely low ammo count.
It’s really frustrating. The damage per shot is solid, yet its total ammunition is merely one-tenth of American counterparts.
Even with decent damage output, its destructive capability still falls short of heavy machine guns.

Your condescending lecturing on the forum is extremely annoying. Stop acting like a patronizing moralizer. We are ordinary players, not going to put up with your biased, worshipful attitude towards foreign things and reactionary remarks.
