I plan to visit Russia one day, a long travel with Trans Siberian Railway would be nice. Idk but there is something that really makes me want to see how east is like, maybe the history of one of my great grandfathers

Yes, many agencies have their own striped vests. For example, the Internal Troops (something like the National Guard) have red stripes, and the Ministry of Emergency Situations has orange ones.

Yes, it’s a very funny tradition. Only on this day do you risk getting punched in the face by a tipsy paratrooper.

As long as there wont be any problems with Russian authorities, drunkards arent something to really worry about from my perspective at least xD
