Hold (default) c to be able to see the weapon reload animations better and swivel your head around.
Sturmpistol only has one downside: The reload. Here is how you aim the little tank killer.

Do you use the adjusted sights often? When I have a new launcher to get used to I usually goto the range and train myself the way you showed the sturmpistol used. I don’t adjust them much cause I never know the distance really, its easier for me to just get used to just aim up a little higher.

not to mention… the switch camera is not that smooth and usually off putting.
maybe it’s just me.

Absolutely not, mostly because using memorable locations on the weapon while zoomed in produces repeatable results whereas adjusting the range with (page up/down) is too far away for my fingers and it isn’t as intuitive as the later. I don’t like the PIAT sights… 50 is basically 80 and 110 is a stone throw away… You’re telling me people had to depend on this thing?
Another little Trick is to spot where you aim. Makes its really easy to adjust second shot because your spot marker is there from your last shot. (for long distance lobbing)
Dont ever change sights, keep them constant, your judgement will kick in easier.
