Its a combined arms game now. Planes and tanks require consideration.
but yes…vehicles cause the biggest differences in the BR (and BR 5 small arms)

Using a tank to kill a tank is the least reliable method in the game. Bombs, explosive packs, and AT Weapons all do a much better job. You want balance based purely on armor? Play War Thunder
not even about that. Its been able to enjoy and appreciate anything and everything in their own environment. And not consistantly shooting yourself or your team in the foot. Theres lots of stuff in the tech tree.
Its nice to see rarer equipment being freely used more frequently (Br 2). Even small arms. 20 round Smgs and certain semi autos that were rubbish before (by comparison) are in their element now.

After looking at the BR 3 planes I no longer think this is a good change.
I personally think that the conclusion is correct and the process is wrong.
P38 should not enter BR3 simply because if this happens, USA will lose the high-payload anti ground fighter of BR2, which both Soviet and Germany have.
From a performance perspective(only), adding P38 to BR3 is completely reasonable because the aircrafts in Enlisted are for ground services. Similarly, IAR and P40E are completely worth BR3, and I am even still willing to use them in BR5 instead of Fiat G55 or La7.
The P38 is op in Pacific BR2, and the best solution would be to provide the Japanese with a high payload BR2 aircraft similar to the IAR and P40E, and it should spawn in the air as P38 does, rather than moving P38 to BR3.

though interestingly only legacy players gets the p-38G as a fighter, while every new p-38g will be an attacker
