A change to how queuing in a APC works

When driving an APC you can have your bots sit in the back and another player and their bots sit in the back after they spawn on you. However when your original APC squad is dead the APC can no longer fit 2 squads in ever again:

So when your APC squad is alive:

•APC can fit 2 squads in it

After your squad is dead:

•now has a maximum of 1 squad in it at any time.

This makes no sense that the capacity of an APC should be halfed after you die, so I suggest:

•2 players can spawn on a APC at a time, if 2 players are sat in it then players begin to queue.

•the owner will always take priority if there is a queue or multiple people attempting to spawn at the same time.

Even without a second squad slot, the addition of owner priority would be really nice. Might even encourage people to build their own rallies if they’re essentially guaranteed a quicker spawn
