Smoke launchers on tanks still have almost no coverage.
The tank smoke SHELLS have decent coverage, but the smoke grenade launchers I could agree could use a bit of a buff.
I agree. Especially with how slow firing they are. They need to have just a bit wider radius and be just a bit taller.
You actually just gave me an idea… does someone happen to know how they were designed? What I mean is did the shell actually stick in one spot or did it kind of roll like a hand tossed grenade?
I ask because what if they made the smoke duration longer, and made the projectile able to roll, therefore spreading it around more rather than just a straight increase to size?
This would potentially let it cover even more area.
I think programing the physics for that would be more difficult than just making the smoke effect larger.
I imagine they were able to bounce and roll on impact IRL however.
