I suggest using the forgotten mechanics of machine guns and anti‑tank rifles from the “Battle of Stalingrad” campaign for this type of weapon: stamina is consumed when aiming.

Hmm… seems that I need to write a new topic about this kind of weapon, since that there’s no such weapon like this in the game so far. Fortunately, I do find something similar for the Allies.
