how is that Machine gun attached, if its a side car the gunner would have to kneel to fire it. is it mounted behind the drive. to the frame i need to know and why is it covered with what looks like a tarp.

I dont know anything about this but I’m Dutch so I googled for it.
The gun is a Schwarzlose, used for anti-air.
Perhaps the tripod is folded down, to look like your picture?

thanks i saw the same thing but its hard to tell from the view if it had a side car at all, but thanks for the help
