As it stands the 109F4 is a plane that has no ordnance, this makes it very unpopular choice, it would be evenly matched against allies, has a good flight model, would be a good BR3 aircraft choice if given a single bomb (?) or bombs (50kg?)

It is a very slow plane, F4 is better… nice cannons on E7 though.
I’d give it the single 250kg, just for a change from the previous 109s
I played recently with the German Fighter pilots at Rank III and I definitely see a lack of fighters with ground bombs or rockets for BR3.0, with the exception of a single FW190 which is Rank V unlock… So having a Bf.109 with 1x 250kg bombs or 4 x 50kg would be nice, especially since many Bf.109s around BR3.0 are beaten in firepower by most planes at the same BR.
