So US get a quad 20mm at BR 3 but axis only at BR 4 beeing open top?

Looks nice,but why is the wirbelwind BR4 when the skink is 3?they both have 4 20mms and the skink has better armour and is closed top,they should be the same BR.

I (and many others) don’t really have a problem with the skink being added,but the wirbelwind should be the same BR and not higher considering it has worse armour and is opened topped.

the United States will be able to get zsu before any Germans and theoretically by 2 br
they may be useful to the USA
…huh?The US does gets an SPAA at BR1,the M13,and germany dosn’t have a TT SPAA.any nation can have usefull SPAAs,not sure why you just said the US.I guess the message was kinda lost in translation.

and there will also be a zsu that is not as easily destroyed as a zsu 1 br
and with the help of a zsu you can eliminate an enemy who is holed up higher than a tank can lift its gun.

Okay,I kinda get it better now,but that still doesn’t really explain the BR difference between the wirbelwind and skink,especially since the wirbelwind is weaker.I hope you can clarify why you think the more armoured fully enclosed SPAA deserves to be lower then the same thing with less armour and an open top,please.

Why,if I may ask?I don’t think it’s neccesary for the US to get a better SPAA a BR lower,especially when they rarely have to shoot down planes,which is something germany has to do a lot.
