Bolt action rifles were already good before. But forum users don’t blame their hand for the problem, they blame the weapon. Buffs on bolt action rifles should be canceled or lowered.

Ok the argument that “new players should be treated as trash while I a 5000 hour player should be given the special treatment” is just toxic and literally kills the playerbase to the point that the money and time you spent means nothing when there is no playerbase left.

i still don’t see the issue to be honest.
if you have assault guns, just go for the close quarter.
and if you have BA rifles, stay in long to mid range.
it’s not like BA will or are over taking any other weapons.
try to clear berlin with only ba.

some campaigns are more in favors with this change then others, but doesn’t mean all the others are useless or can’t be used.
i wouldn’t fault the devs for not looking at this forum considering how much of a shit show it is

doesn’t take people long to realize that they had massive kill counts with automatic weapons instead of ba rifles.

Again, I don’t think new players will have an easier time, not knowing the map they don’t know the safe routes to push and will be camped before getting there (already was that way before, now is just even deadlier) and on the rare occasions they get to the objective SMGs will still kill them because BA can have 3 million damage it still doesn’t have the CQC capabilities of a SMG.
They will still quit out of frustration and the few that stay playing learned only to camp because it was their best performance while leveling up.
I still do 100 kill per game avarage, so i dont see a problem the only thing i noticed bot with BA kill more wo is good

not to be the " black sheep ",
but if you refuse to adapt in a game that it’s still in beta and will most likely keep changing,
than this game is better off on people that thinks this way.
and regarding:
i do think that beneficts newer player as well, since they improve, and starting to get more kills because rifles are no longer a nail shooter.
hence gets more invested.
but i suppose it’s a matter of opinions.
beside, some people goes for fun, rather than meta.

Well, I am not against the buff, my poor bots are the biggest victims but the sole survivor can still clear objectives.
My biggest issue and not even that big is the new animations for crouching and lying down are a bit robotic but nothing on ARMA level of robotic.
I just really wanted that new players instead of being taught to camp until the veterans on both sides decide the match they maybe got some kind of incentive to learn the maps layout and get used to the feeling/intensity of playing the objective.

Limiting the performance of automatic rifles is not the solution.
I suggested a better way.
What do you say? I worked hard to unlock all the weapons in the campaign and raise my soldiers, but I worked hard to improve my level and vision while watching the sight of a squad being annihilated with multiple mg, ppsh run-and-gun tactics like air bomb tanks, but can I not get a reward? why? If you put in the fucking effort, you should get that much result. Let’s be a little sensible.

Leveling honestly just diversifies your equipment. If you decided spamming only FG42 was the only choice then that’s a you problem.
