One of the confusing things about the game is how XP is calculated and why there is a difference between XP and BP (Battle Points / Battle Score), especially when it comes to events. My recommendation is simple. Make it 1 to 1. Make them one and the same … where BP is the points you get, and XP is with all modifiers. Get rid of all these caps and such. It seems like just unnecessary calculations that are being done by the server to have two systems that should be linked together.

Battle Points. The score on the scoreboard at the end of the game … we typically have things like 20k BP for event tasks and such. That is not directly related to XP and it should is what I’m trying to say.

They are related of course, but can’t remember if it’s 1:1 or not. I don’t think it is. But score is more for your performance in the match compared to others. It’s what the leaderboard is ranked by. XP (or rather RP now) is outside of the match and for researching new stuff
