Would anyone know how to tell me why we don’t have voice chat?

You can use Party Chat to talk to other Xbox members and anyone on PC that uses the Windows GameBar (I do both).
As well, Discord has been announced as coming to Xbox X/S soon.

The vast majority of my friends play on ps5 I do not like to play with pc people have a great advantage in this game since you usually kill with one shot
That is the one thing I’ve never figured out, PS5 cross talk.
Does PS5 have discord?
Nop, ps5 has no discord… But well they should enable in-game chat only for your squad would be great
