Is there any reason why my friend cannot download Enlisted on his Xbox Series S ?
Is it closed for console downloads right now or something?
It is definitely the next gen console, but nothing happens when he tries to download from store, and this message pops up when he tries by phone.

Dear developer i think his friend problem his a space issue on xbox internal storage, enlisted pc and console is dawnloaded and installed in HDD/SSD in lack of free space simply the dawnload dont start
X box series S have only 364gb of free space if his friend have multiple game installed on the console is normal the dawnload not start.
Yes there is, nothing happens at all when he tries to install from console.
It says he owns the game, but whenever he tries to start the download nothing happens, absolutely nothing at all.
And If he tries to purchase the game it says it’s not compatible with his console.
He has plenty of space left for Enlisted

There is no direct error message when attempting to download the free to play version. It simply does nothing:

The game does not proceed to download or install and it returns to “Show all versions”
He has already tried multiple times over the course of 3 days and we’ve also messed around with xbox settings and restarting his console.
There is plenty of space left and nothing happens at all. The xbox game store says he owns Enlisted but the download just doesn’t start, no errors show up.

He is on Xbox Series S like I mentioned before.
When attempting to purchase anything for Enlisted, it says “This game is not compatible with your device” but offers no error code, just like when attempting to download through the phone app.
I’ve told him to contact Xbox customer support while I post here trying to find out whether or not Enlisted is available for consoles at this moment in time, because that was my first thought.

That is most likely the problem.
He insisted multiple times that his xbox is the next gen series S whenever I asked the previous days, especially since the console is newly bought, but after I showed him your message he admitted that it was xbox one S and not series S.
Sorry again for the time wasted, it didn’t occur to me that he might not know the difference since his English is not perfect either.
So him have an xbox one is a common bug because xbox one and series x/s (even ps4 and ps5) have the same store so enlisted is show on the old console store but the console is not able do dawnload him because dont support him
