Xbox "Need enemy coordinates"

Hi, I’ve noticed people communicate “Need enemy coordinates” when flying planes (I think they might be on PC). Is there any way to say “Need enemy coordinates” when flying on Xbox? I’ve looked for assign button but cannot find anything for communications while flying. Thanks!

Don’t worry. Even if ppl type “I need coordinates to bomb stuff and help you all out!” Ppl generally don’t even bother pinging the tank in front of them…

It’s in the squad command menu.

Don’t worry, it kinda useless anyway - most players are like salmon: they never change migration patterns. They just oogabooga.

It’s fascinating to watch, really, in my head it’s narrated by David Attenborough: “They run towards the tank only to die, like their forefathers, and their forefathers before them. Such is the life of Retardosaurus Dumbocuntius. The natural selection at it’s finest. They are destined to fade away.”

So just learn the map, and you will get pretty good at accelerating the natural selection process.

But, no.
It’s like madness, repeating the same action hoping for a change.

do not worry even if you do not give them they do not need them, 90% of those who use the planes are unable to use them blinded by easy kills instead of helping the team, for example today before the end of a difficult battle won in moscow, our CAS a started insulting the whole team because he had only done twenty kills, and he had to do xp and spam in chat “need enemy cordinate” all the time even if we gave them he always missed the shot, I feel sorry for some people
PS
I don’t use planes because I suck at using them

I tried clicking that but it says “I’m not in a squad”, probably because I’m must one pilot. I thought maybe there’s a button for that, but when looking in controller settings, there’s nothing there for commands while flying.

I know this thread is old but does anyone have an answer to this?
This is just a bunch of people whinging.
How, on console, do you ask for enemy positions when flying a plane?

Thanks!

Which type of console?
(edit: I was going to say I know a guy who might be able to help you if you were on Xbox, but he’s not here at the moment. I personally am not on console, but might be able to help you.)

Ah sorry, thanks for the quick reply, I should have said, Xbox One.

I think you might have to custom map the quick chat to your controller. (I don’t think its there by default.)
You could probably go to the settings and look around to see if it is there or not.
