Now that it’s been a while since XA 38 added after using it
It really doesn’t belong in BR 3. Has better flight stats and armament then A 20G which is BR 4. It should be BR 4 if not BR 5. Not get down tiered to BR 2 with and bully new players with good offensive armamen plus a 75 mm that I can kill tigers with and 4 500lb bombs.

Its 75mm cannon is awful. Its tail gun angle is very limited. And the biggest problem: only two .50 caliber machine guns, which makes it very terrible against other aircraft.

Tip:
Fly using the turrets. They’re broken, so if you aim upward, the bottom turret will still shoot upward even THROUGH the plane…
So… by flying with the turrets… you go from just 2x 50 cal hmg… to… 6x.
And the 4x from the turrets can follow enemy planes easily.

It’s a flying fortress. I love planes and never want to uptier them usually, but that one truly is too much at br3…

Just remove two bombs and it would be fine at BR3. It’s cannon shoots so slow that you won’t do more than turning enemy tank red. Only with bomb you can score a kill. Yak 9K is much more op and it’s too Br3.

Well, that idiot always aimed in the wrong place and I was blown to pieces by 20mm machine guns before I could even move that very slow turret.
If it’s going to be nerfed, I like the idea. But I still think it’s good now.
Slow maybe but still kills any German tanks. Haven’t gotten to test it against Jagdpanther yet but surely it’ll die too from top since pens 100mmm. If it only had the gun I would wanted it kept in BR 3 but that plus 4 500lb while having buggy turrets that benefits to br 5 it goes.
Likes the Yak 9. Funny Yak 9k still shows as a attacker in game then a fighter.
Yeah I admit its the best plane I ever used for BR III, the tail gunner makes dogfights effortless because all you have to do is just to do circles near the enemy plane

Personally I’d leave it at Br 3 but make it have 4x250 lbs bombs instead of the 500’s
It’s hard to imagine anyone using this aircraft on the BR5. 
The tragic American BR3 still needs to be destroyed by the German BR4’s Panther and Tiger 1.Germany has the JU87 with 3 * 250kg bombs in the BR3, while the United States has no decent attack aircraft except for the XA-38.This is the reason why this plane is in BR3.

This thing would be absolutely slaughtered at BR5 I think if it lost a bomb or two it’d be perfectly acceptable for BR3. But in saying that I don’t think it’s currently that problematic as is.

I can’t bring myself to use it on BR3 even because this thing was never flown in WW2
It will be rendered useless uptiered. And even where it is, its meh.
And where the bombs are laid out is better on the A20 I found, than on this thing. To further simplify all this for you.

The BR change for the XA38 needs to be done as soon as possible.But it will probably never be done because the DF wants to favor the Allies and always make the Axis lose.
