I really enjoyed the beginning of Enlisted. It was one of my top games I played and I invested heavily into it. I love how easy it was to manage your squads in some instances and the ability to play certain theaters of war without costing to much historical accuracy. After playing with the new update since it came out where they merged the campaigns into Battle Ratings instead its now almost unplayable. I find myself on the top of leaderboards consistently but am losing way to many games with teammates getting 2 or so kills the whole game. Unforms don’t match with the theater most the time (Unless you pay to get your squad new gear) which usually takes away from the historical uniforms of the squad. I have a BR1 and BR2 preset because I love using Bolt actions but I’m consistently getting BR 4 and BR5 games when I use them. (I have checked every weapon and vehicle and squad to make sure I don’t have some random BR4 or BR5 ranked item. Which in itself is annoying). I miss the linear way of earning squads, weapons and vehicles. It gave a way clearer way of showing my progress instead of some complicated tech tree that I feel only really works with World Of tanks and others like that game. One of my favorite games I have no enjoy to play and it feels like a chore. Its really annoying as well since I invested so much money believing this game was going to get better but now I know it was all a waste and the devs aren’t getting a single penny from me anymore. I apologize for the rant but I just needed to voice my opinion, its so aggravating.

I dont, being forced to unlock things you dont want was really annoying. It also limits adding content, it wasnt really possible to add new low performance guns and vehicles at the end of the line.

You know the squad icons now display their current max BR?
At this point, Enlisted mostly seems be played by morons who shouldnt be allowed to drive cars. New tech tree is mostly easy to follow and at least now you dont need to grind gear fives times or stuff you dont want.

Not at all chap. I always give a good try for games especially ones i like. Sometimes it takes a while. I feel if i were to just play it for a few days then say something its disingenuous. At least now people can see i did in fact give it a good try with hours of experiance and i have a good foundation for my opinion.

Everyone that has ever claimed this has been wrong. Post a video that clearly shows your BR and then ending up in a high BR match or it didn’t happen.

Can’t agree less than you. I knew the merge would be terrible. I played all the campaigns once for a reason, mainly judging them on maps. So far, the worst campaign I played is Normandy with the Steel Mill maps. And Berlin entirely. And then ever since the merge came, it was the worst thing ever. I hate the idea of being forced to play campaigns I hate.
Now I’d like to talk about the tech tree problem.
But to be honest, they could make it better if tech trees were never a thing. Specially if they separated Italy from Germany, so I don’t have to grind everything back just to get a specific item. Separating certain countries would be helpful or at least make sub trees like in War Thunder.

newbie MM is separate MM that includes all BR and can mix those newbies with BR1 alongside newbies with BR5.
Oh, you mean the special mm that protects the newbie for his first 5 matches?

It did exist in the past. They sent you against other newbies and lots of bots,
What about BR 3 stuff? it should be almost impossible (outside exploits or group MM) to get BR 5 matches with a pure BR 2 lineup. You need to look at these

I was really enjoying Enlisted before with all the campaigns you could visit depending on your mood at time of play. I guess DF are not going to go back to how it was, so my future view of the game is that I will end up looking for a new go-to game…such a shame
