They are not called world war because the word simply dosent exist at that time, and people refere them simply as war

Soviets had access to many Thompson’s before the war, and are you forgeting that America built and shipped one of the largest tank factories (Dzerzhinsky tractor plant) in the world to Stalingrad in 1930?
