Agreed. Most likely 1 more wipe when hitting open beta, but that will be like a year from now.
Also, you will most likely receive the premium squad again then when starting out.

About as bad progression wise. They made it better late CBT to dunk it back into the gutter upon OBT release

it’s ok, we already have been through 3 wipes already.
as i said it’s totally fine.
i do understand that wipes are necessary in order to make the new people enjoy better the game 
and having a breath from maxed out squads it’s a good feeling too.
after all, i’m not seeking rewards for testing before anyone else.
i’m enjoying so far this good game and help to make it better for everyone.

Well, as long as it won´t remove already purchased squads from account, wiping progress is to be expected in alpha/beta stage of the game, so we should count on it in any case.
After the wipe we should receive the premium squads again.
