Main reason we have wild dispersion is we dont have proper recoil and gunsway.
Dispersion = laziest way to implement gunplay
Anyone who played a good fps can notice it.
Funny thing is; they claim its for balance but dispersion is most observable in low tier smgs and all lmgs.
Meta end game weapons suprisingly have less dispersion which is kinda ironic balancing(!) decision.
People who staunchly defending dispersion like its their religions claims “its for balance” . How ?
In every campaign veterans slaughtering newbies with high tier smgs and ast rifles
And those same people also complaining about unbalance withing campaigns since the beginning of the game.
Another Dark comedy we are experiencing is; dispersion AWARDS run n gun sweatlords not stopping them.
Take your lmg, run to enemy and start blasting with hipfire and you are guaranteed to shoot at least 1-2 of them in cqc. Let me remind you you CAN NOT do that in real life unless you are rambo or something.
In some machine guns, bullets scatter so wildly that you can eliminate entire squads without aiming and just walking while hipfiring.
Are they going to implement proper mechanics someday ?

Dispersion became pretty inconsistent. I have the feeling the devs dont even know what dispersion they give their guns, especially the latest.
MP38 is most accurate Assaulter gun in for Germans but for some reason gets ignored. Box PPSh is also insane and the M50.

Unfortunately the sweatlords are the target audience. If you don’t pay for premium then your job is to just get shot and give them enough XP for the next gun
