Why won`t YOU build rally points?

after Nth game where i had to do all the engineer work. i have to at least ask, why wont you put an engineer in your squad and build a rally point ?

im not asking new players i am asking the ones that have high ranking. You of all people should know that rally points are decisive factors in winning a match.
no matter how good you are , if enemy has only 50 meters to run and you have 200 - they will cap the point.
i`m not even talking about using the entire engineer squad, which by itself is a game-changer. i am talking about just putting one single engineer in you other squads.

it infuriates me even more when the ones that dont build shit are also complaining about not having rally points.

What they tell me a lot is also that I do not enter the target when they are all the games with a tank in their respawn

i do it most of the times.

but every man gets to a point that sometimes i just want to mess around on the batle to a point i dont care much about batle outcome.

I must admitt that recently I don’t build much rally points. Mostly because we either steamroll the enemy and when I finish the building I have to build a new one in a new location or we are steamrrolled and I can’t build a rally before dying.

All squads with few exceptions, I own at least have an engineer. Beyond that my dedicated engineer squads are always in my rotation, sometimes in multiple if I really want to push an objective.

I honestly don’t know why most people don’t do it either. I’m an old dude, probably double most peoples age here. So my reflexes and coordination are not the same as my competition. I tend to compensate for that by making sure I am always present on the point or in the match in any meaningful way possible.

The more people that do it, the better.

I preffer tobuild AT gun and have stupid fun

I Do it too but once it way above patience level i just kidd around if we are loosing i quit at last moment

Basically I build, but if the enemy is progressing at an unusually fast rate (mainly unbalanced fighting they reach the capture point within 30 seconds), I don’t have time to build because I have to deal with the attacking enemy.
If I swing the hammer to make a rally point, the first point is often conquered.

For me it really depends on what section I’m using, my radio section has an engineer and when I’m using it I definitely put rallies down.

My machine gun section has an engineer and I sometimes use it to build rallies, but his primary function is to build an ammunition box for my machine guns.

My assault sections do not have an engineer because they’re basically equipped with submachine guns and I use them to attack points with, I don’t expect them to live long in other words.

My dedicated engineer sections I will try and build rallies with but but I mostly use them for building guns and sometimes direct assault it kind of depends on what the daily challeng is.

It’s one of the things you see a lot of in game are people asking for them to be built, people also ask a lot for ammunition boxes to be built, and …

BYOR, BYOAB it’s something I find myself typing into the buffer more more often

This is probably going to sound crazy but it is very annoying when you get your engineer out and your about to whip your rally out to find out that there is already two or three of them set…

Just desert. If the team isn’t pulling its weight just leave.

I usually always build rallies unless I’m playing Moscow since its the first campaign I played and early on I thought it was a good idea to choose Radio Operators over Engineers, so my squads are mostly all fucked in that campaign.

Building rallies is almost always good, though there have been defending matches I’ve played where we lost first cap because basically everyone on the team was off building rallies and no one was actually defending cap.

But those matches are rare since you almost never get a full team of turbo Bob The Builder Engineers.

This victory should’nt be that easy as it was.
We were draining them heavily from start to finish.

not true. in most campaigns Engineers become available in early game. I bet 95% of players do have and able to add one Engineer to each squad.
…but they don’t, because they prefer running around like headless chickens and

second issue is that most of the team are bots. when I try to communicate, they simply say nothing… normal person would at least tell me “to shut up” /* you know what i mean  */… but they don’t, because they are ether bots or complete noobs who don’t know how to use chat or console players, who would never reply for technical reasons.

The most important thing - there is no need to explain them anything!
if game mechanics not pushing people to do the right thing, nobody would.
Just think, why would someone build a spawn point, if there is someone else to do that for your convenience?
why would someone care about victory, if you can have fun and leave the game any time without losing anything?

No need to blame players, they just follow the rules that Enlisted DEV and QA invented for them. You may team up with people who do care about game goals, and run some community outside Enlisted, because you basically have nothing to team up within a game, no way to mark yourself or your custom server as goal-oriented… and then you gonna suffer looking for people to play with.
Good luck.
