Why use grenades when you have Dynamite?

I don’t know what’s the difference from using nades from Dynamite, apart from Dynamite can kill tanks, it has more radious, deals more damage to infantry or something like that?

I think it does have a larger kill radius as well, just from my own experience.

My understanding is that the fuse is longer. A grenade gives much less time for it to be thrown back, or avoided entirely by them moving. A grenade is far more likely to kill infantry, though dynamite on people not paying attention does work well. I also use dynamite on enemy fortifications. Stationary AA, anti-tank guns, that sort of thing. Good for windows that are blocked by sandbags and such.

based on limited experience with grenades (i just use the dynamite)

grenades are waaaay more lethal to groups of enemies in the open. triple/multi kills all the time.

you can also throw them MUCH farther.

Grenades are also much easier to toss through bunker openings and other small windows.
