It is not “double standards”. Mosin Nagants are still used in some conflicts that are happening TODAY. They aren’t pulling weapons that are created 20 years in the future out of their asses to use. The main issue most people have is that something is not yet invented, should not appear in the campaign before it’s usage. The IS-2 shouldn’t be in the Battle of Moscow for the same reason you don’t own an IPhone 17.

I am not talking about weapons like Mosin nagant that are already in Berlin. I am talking about vehicle like t26 that is obsolete shouldn’t in Berlin. Those equipment are not used in Battle of Berlin. t26 shouldn’t be in the battle of Berlin for the same reason as Us army won’t use Sherman tank to fight enemy nowadays.
Technically speaking, the T-26 wasn’t even phased out until after the war. Last time being used during the attack on Manchuria in 1945.
That is more reasonable, but I think the difference is that it wouldn’t theoretically be impossible to see those older vehicles, especially as both the T-26 and the Panzer II were both in service for the whole duration of the war. It simply wouldn’t be the best idea to utilize them in the Battle of Berlin, not something inaccurate. In comparison, it is physically impossible for an IS-2 to appear in the Battle of Moscow.
Still didn’t participate in Battle of Berlin. T26 is already obsolete against German tank. I don’t care if it is been used in Manchuria or not.
There is little point to compare thing with 99% of inaccuracies and 100% of inaccuracies. Both are ridiculous. One idea is little bit less ridiculous than other idea doesn’t mean that idea is good.
It is one thing to ask for something appear within the time it was in service, compared to asking for something when it wasn’t in service. We aren’t asking for these to appear in the Korean War or the Vietnam War. We are saying it is plausible for something to appear in a Battle that happened during a year in which that something was in service by the military. Providing arbitrary percentages that have no basis in anything is not disproving this.
This is why those tanks should not appear in Moscow. Using the IPhone comparison again, you can’t own a IPhone 17, as they will not be out until around 2024, you however CAN own a 1st generation IPhone, despite them coming out in 2007.

Different thing but both are ridiculous. Plausible to appear doesn’t mean it should appear. If non existent is 100% inaccuracies. The t26 tank not being used in battle of Berlin is 99% inaccuracies.
It is still in service that time literally means nothing. It is not there in Berlin.

Because it is outdated, also, the M4 Sherman was in service until 1957, so it was in use during the Korean War. Luckily for us, we aren’t playing a modern warfare game, we are playing a World War II, discussing a battle that occurred in 1945 and tanks that were in service during 1945. If the tanks you listed were out of service in 1943, then sure. We should not include them in the Battle of Berlin.

Give me evidence of t26 been use in battle of Berlin. Or else I can simply say Jumbo is accurate since it already exist in USA during battle of Normandy.
Again, most players are upset with anachronistic weapons and vehicles. I’ve already presented pictures showing that it is plausible. I’m not going to scour the web to find an OOB regarding the Battle of Berlin to make a comparison to a video game that already allows you to select your loadouts and choose weapons which should also not be anachronistic to the setting.
