alright, different day, new problems.
for some reason, in my map, i have ( or at least, i think i have ) setted correctly the battle area:
but when i’m in game, it prevents me from calling arty, and overhall, doesn’t look great.
like… it’s confusing. as everything it’s gray except the outside ( where should be gray )
on the german side though, everything is fine and looks as it should.
can’t… quite get around this problem.
set your battle area polys counter clock wise
I had to play 2 battles before posting because i am inactive…
How is the PolyBattleAreas working for you? It has never worked for me (neither did the rest of the debug options like CapZones , Groups Override etc) (first screenshot)
hi there.
sorry for the late answer, i have been busy with real life stuff.
could you please elaborate a bit further?
i have followed the examples that they provided,
which works for me just fine on the german side.
although, for the allies, they visually break all the times.
but they work.
still, not very pleasant for the players and not very good looking for my mod.
Your polypoints directional order in the first picture are set from left to right “clockwise” set them from right to left counterclockwise.
Hope this helps.

my savior!
now i kinda see and understand what they meant " clockwise " in their document, must have skipped or avoided thinking in a different way.
once again, thanks for reaching out and helped me out
