greetings.

class type soldiers are usually ““different”” from the previous classes. the only things that change, each individual soldiers have different statistics.

refering to statistic of perks:

and you can read through the campaign ( by clicking the picture of those squads )
their bonus and “malus” in the bottom left corner ( green square ):

And additionally, the have different starter perks given to the soldiers ( red square ):
weather the normal infantry, has only:

personal speaking, there isn’t real a big difference, due to the current issue of mixed units. but nontheless allow some classes to get more perks on speed, others in vitality, and others in force.

so yeah, it’s basically for allow more perks of certain types.

hope this can answer.

cheers^^

When using Academy can you combine same rank Troop I and II?

If so if I got 2x II and only one I in the academy, what will come out of them I or II?

To be fair they these stats should be more accessible and explained better, I see this question asked a lot. The game does a poor job on explaining this kind of stuff.

The question is: do they have better AI and aimbot?

If you will have 2x Tier II and 1x Tier 1 there is 66% it will be Tier II and 330 Tier 1. You can even combine classes like Flame, Assaulter and MG, but you will never know who will be there in the end.

When you are saying Tiers you mean for example Trooper I and Trooper II right?

What are all the combinations you can do? Like can you do Tanker with trooper or something? Or sniper with engineer?

Yep thats what i mean.

You can put together anyone where you have unlocked ranks in squads (Personal upgrades, those stars). But it is random who there will be in the end, unles you pay or have upgrade orders to define who you want there.

it depends. there’s a change. but to be honest, despite being low, i still got the low percentage. so keep in mind that as well. because you don’t wanna waste 2 soldiers for some other class that you don’t need.

the current accademy it’s good, because you can train literal anyone with the same stars of different type and job. but it’s also risky because the low percentage might have the actually more chances than the other one.

an example, i had a level 3 pilot and two level 3 trooper. i ended up having a pilot 4 stars… the same happened with mortar crew. had 2 flametrooper and 1 mortar crew, got 4 star mortar crew. for my experience ( maybe i’m just unlocky ) 50 % of the time, it’s either the majority, or the minority.

not really, you should perhaps read each section.

er… unfortunately, it’s hard to explain.

in short, yes, but actually… unconsistently…

ai is more deadlier when not moving or walking. which it’s only 40% of the time in engagements. unless you are a defender standing still. but in a game like this, it’s a bit hard due to reasonable kill cam that tries to punish campers.

although, with the current system, they are just headless chickens. but i hope it’s just a matter of time.

in the dev blog they actually said that they were going to give orders beahaviors. so this will hopefully help:

Its not just you, happens to me all the time, i dont even try it anymore, i always end up with worse one, i.e. I had 2 III SMG, put one Flame in there, and what is out, of course it is Flame trooper.

They are there to give you another reason to spend money 'cos you don’t want to have to bother upgrading squads slowly via xp…

you cannot level up soldiers past their ranks.

if you get a level 3 , it will stay 3 forever unless you level him up via academy

The question isn’t about ranks - at higher campaign levels you get “advanced” troops of some existing types - eg a Trooper II, or an Assaulter II, also tanker, attack pilot, engineer, sniper.

AI intelligence is tied to soldier level.

Purpose of “Tiers” looks like for “Massive Grind”.

Even for each separate campaign you have to unlock same weapons again and again.

So basically you get :

+2 vitality
+2 weapon handling
+2 can’t remember
1 different starting perk

But you have to lvl the soldier all the way up again…
Well, thanks…
