I fail to see the logic here by comparing the MP717 to the PPSh41(B) and then say it should be moved down. Doesnt make the PPSh45 more sense since that one will be moved down to BR4.

Yeah ，I would dupplement it.
So compare to the three guns，we will see that all these guns share the similar Shots deviation
，recoil control and horizontal recoil.The biggest difference is the fire rate.PPSH41＞PPSH45＞MP717r.When ppsh45 will be put into br4 next version while mp717 which has the lower data than mp717 seems no so reasonable still keep staying in br5.
And Mkb42+STG45+Horn STG to BR3, at BR3 they will have counter of PPSh-41 box and BAR, they could bring M21/28 Thompson to BR3 too.

Sounds br3 will be a fierce br.I guess the biggest giveway is let mkb42h in br4.
The MP-717(r) should be compared with the drum PPSh-41, the PPSh-45 is only allowed in BR4 because it is in limited supply.

And MP-717(r) is not rare? Huh? Are we playing the same game? Only Veterans have them. So by your logic Soviet Breda and Thompson needs to go down in BR to BR1.

I hope you realize what a false equivalency that is, because you can normally only have one KT.
And also because tanks in the BP aren’t even unique vehicles anymore specifically so people can’t skip research with them.
What you say doesn’t matter here because of such things it leaves a Gray zone which people can technically abuse or not abuse so it’s better we have it for everyone or not at all

Same could be said about the Soviet body armor or the fact that every single thing given to the Soviets have just been buffed for no reason or the fact that the allies can have a 200 round Stinger or the fact that they also have rockets that can go through some walls If they know what they’re doing and I’m talking about the plane.

It was litterly just that one BP where they give skins…
And normaly you only have 1 tanker 3 squad that can use them…
And how many veterans are still playing Germany and using that gun? Probably less than 5% of total BR5 players.

Number of squads isn’t relevant in this context, you can’t have more than one KT like you could have duplicates of some other vehicles from multiple campaigns.
Yes, but if they want to they could have an entire lineup using them. It’s obvious they are making some of these BP and premium items more desirable by giving them more advantageous BR placement, and instead balancing them around the number of the weapons that can be acquired.
That’s a better argument, but I would still come back to the fact that the MP-717(r) was meant to be equivalent to the PPSh-41. Many people had already been calling for the PPD-40 to be lowered in BR because there was a suppressed variant as well as a premium variant with a bayonet which were also placed in BR4.
