Hell, if snipers have a removable scope, why can’t the type 97 have a removable scope? You could argue that the Type 11 LMG covers this role, however, it’s a completely different gun and in reality, doesn’t fulfil the same role either.

i believe the issue with the type 97 mg scope, is that its offset from using multiple lenses, and its impossible to implement that without using picture in picture scopes, which the game doesnt use
