Why does my name now say "live" next to it?

As the title suggests I’d like to know why my username now says @Yamoto4299-live when before it didn’t have the -live part before?

I’ve noticed a few usernames suddenly having “live” or “psn” in their names when previously they didn’t have that.

Maybe its a console thing?

Live = Xbox

Psn = Playstation
