Why does it keep setting me as germany even though i'd like to play soviets?

For some reason whenever i play squads it makes it so i can only play germany even though i wanna play russia

No man hahaha wheraboos hahaha they sux its so balanced but they suck and that faction was depopulated because they cry babies hahaha

Honestly what they are doing is really genious, discreetly inserting bots so that chuds can gloat and feel smug about dominating in what is actually a PVE game.

I don’t know. Some people think so. Others think it’s just new players with “join any faction” still on that haven’t given up on playing normandy. Some people think Wheraboos are just braindead by default. Others think that a lot of players are putting on third party programs to grind levels for them, with “join any faction” enabled, that make them worse than the normal bots in the game.

We don’t know that the actual answer to that is yet, given the devs, to my knowledge, haven’t made a declaration as to if they put bots in squads mode or not, but yeah. There’s a lot of possible reasons for such to happen with low population on the german team.

Do we need to worry about the playerbase count for this game, especially later in the future? I mean Axis players will be spread across 4 different campaigns and there are weapons that are same in different campaigns. I doubt every Axis players want to grind for the same weapons twice, thrice, four times.

Devs have said they’re working on a multi-campaign quickjoin matchmaking feature and they may consider integrating inter-campaign progression to some degree, but they’ve not settled on a method for the latter yet. So hopefully that will be resolved sooner rather than later.

The UI seems specifically designed to hide useful information and spam you with garbage. Normally one would have such an option before queuing a match not in the middle of queuing more so when you are required to make a fast click or be dropped in game.

I don’t play the game much but when I do I always pick Germany won’t play any other country but Germany. Far as playing several campaign only playing one as I don’t want to regrind out all the weapons again.
