I used to play axis on moscow and we would loose every single match maybe one and rarely 2 would be a win then I decided to play allies on stalingrad and I am on a winning streak literally the enemy team is usually so bad we spawncamp them until the game ends.
Answer is easily same equipment,skin, and worse veichle outside normandy, wy replay the same thing for other 3 time? At least tunisia save herself with italy

Oh, my God, except Tunisia, the axis powers were not weak at all in the late stage! In Stalingrad and Moscow, they are equal to the allies, while in Berlin and Normandy, the axis countries are well equipped!
Itās not a matter of equipment (German endgame gear is great), itās a matter of playerbase. German playerbase is both scattered across 5 campaigns AND tired of grinding the same stuff over and over again, so German teams end up being made of mostly bots more often.

Playerbase spread too thin, and Iād argue that it has stretched to the breaking point. Moscow Axis is completely abandoned (the balance might have something to do with that one specific campaign, but that still wouldnāt be as big of a problem if the playerbase wasnāt spread so thin), Berlin and Tunisia are both underpopulated, with a select few doing their damned best to keep those campaigns alive and Stalingrad is in a bit of a strange state where it isnāt dead per say, but could most certainly be more lively. The other reason is Normandy is the most iconic campaign where there is no premium campaign, making most players gravitate towards that one. Seeing as many players seem to just pick a campaign and stick to it, this makes Normandy the most populated campaign by default and with most of the German mains gravitating towards it as well, Normandy Axis is the only one that can consistently produce competent teams.

I think Normandy Axis is more populated is because of better equipment. The Normandy Axis is rather weak before the Panther update. In Panther update, Axis get 3 stuff (mp43, panther, panzerfaust) that are superior than Allies counterparts(thompson,m10,m1 bazooka). It is after this update, Normandy Axis started to stomping Normandy Allies until now.
While Moscow campaign soviet has T50 that can be use on tanker 1. When soviet gets a ppsh41, Geman gets m38 20 round smg. Recently soviet get t34 which further the gap. Moreover , soviet has selective fire rifle but german didnāt have it.
Although, Berlin Axis has great endgame weapon, their starter weapon are mediocre comparing to Soviet. Many player leave the campaign before getting those good stuff.
Tunisia campaign release with the panther update, Axis player flooded to Normandy to get panther while Allies player flooded to Tunisia, stomping Axis there. As a result Axis have less starting player base at there.

Dammit, how many freaking times do I have to explain to people that Axis in Berlin are WAY better than ANY other axis faction, except stalimgrad

I play all day everyday. What you guys describe is the product of your presumably small sample size.
I pretty much lose and win half the games as Moscow Axis.
Iāve been grinding Moscow Axis exclusively the past week or so(even though I am maxed and most of my squads are leveled), because people were saying the team is weak. In my experience, there are hardly any āpurely botā matches or teams. Most of the time if there are bots, itās because people are quitting.
I do my best to keep the team together and show them that we can win and to make the Soviet team know that Moscow Axis doesnāt go down without a fight and we will grind it out to the very last point, every time.

Also, show me daily player statistics to back up claims of the game not having the playerbase to support multiple factions.
Last year, they had over 500k unique players in the week long D-day event. I assume it has grown since then
Trust me, i grinded through all the 36 levels in Moscow axis and after the continuous bad treatment of axis, Iāve finnaly abandoned it for good and went into Normandy this time
Itās easy, itās the most popular axis campaign, with the most good and new equipment and most important, the devs actually care about the Normandy axis playerbase so we actually get good stuff every new update

To break a spear in dev favour 1940-1941 german equipment is a shit compared with the one of other nation, and because moscow in the beginning was planned have only soviet/german equipment is pretty easy understand wy there is such difference in equipment strengths, even before the ppsh was added in moscow the fate of moscow axis was already decided, new player dont want stay in a campaign wen early game enemy weapon have the same performance of the your end-game one and their end game one are good like tier.
This is also the reason why at times, many of the bad players just went Soviet thinking its easy mode when they actually have to carry their weight even more with most maps being attackers. It pisses me off sometimes why many of the noobs decide to play Soviets especially when German team had mostly veterans that makes this a double edged sword as a Soviet player instead of the exaggerated ā24/7 Soviet steamroll in Berlinā.
Also Normandy getting most of the same endgame stuff except FG42 II and King Tiger(for now) makes some German players rather focus on the more popular Normandy campaign instead of facing Soviets with PPSh and tank spam.
equipment wise no, playerbase wise yes since that summer had extremely low quality players on normandy axis
There isnāt a single campaign right now that axis are worst. Not even Tunisia.
Playerbase sucking hard, itās another issue.
Once you stop comparing weapons 1 to 1 and actually play for 1st position and not 3rd, you will see there isnāt a single issue winning matches as axis.
Bad teams are present every side, bad luck on matchmaker is a thing , just quit and move to the next one if you donāt want to loose braincells
Waste your time on good batles, not on every batle to prove a point no one asked to be proven.
