I just opened the test server, and i am interested in this bundle. Why does it only appear in the test server, and not the main game for me? Also, what happens if i buy coins in the test server and buy it there?

Seems like the criteria for the offer to appear are somewhat bugged.
I own all of those squads (edit: small correction, every squad except for mosin engineers), yet the same offer has appeared to me on test server as well.

I think because depending on region, sales and squads offered are different. Just ask a Chinese player - you can literally but legacy squads for their own currency.
We get ripped off.

You will receive coins in your main account, but not a set.
Anything you purchase on the test server will remain on that server.
