Why do I get 300 notifications every day in the forum?

For some weird reason, I keep getting notifications for discussions I am not a part of, and it is very annoying. Anybody knows how to fix this

Maybe check your Profile settings. Namely the Notifications and Tracking sections. It’s possible you’ve inadvertently set something there.
