Why can't we put out fires on vehicles now?

Why can’t we put out fires on vehicles now? After the bug that allowed players to extinguish fires inside vehicles was fixed, even if you get out of the vehicle, you still can’t put out the fire. You can only watch your vehicle burn to ashes. This makes vehicles become disposable consumables. The opponent no longer needs to consider the armor-piercing ability of the shells; they just need to set the opponent’s vehicle on fire to complete the kill. Isn’t this a serious imbalance in the game’s balance?

I would imagine that putting out engine fire from a separated crew compartment would be very hard to do

It’s gonna be changed later and fixed currently developer are aware that put out fires on tank is much harder than should be
